Impending Chaos; Tynan's evil plot [[Private//LoversEnd//Yotsy]]

In this world there is one evil, a self proclaimed God named Tynan. With the help of his minions he's taken to terrorizing the world while trying to revive his body. It will take time however, and he must have his minions unleash these portals on the world. The portals release evil onto the world, and once enough portals have been opened Tynan will have all he needs to bring his body back to the world of the living where he plans to unleash utter chaos.

Thankfully, there are people of good willing to put their lives in danger in hopes of halting Tynan from returning. Though, their only trouble is learning how to close these portals once they've been opened. Each portal requires a different relic of sorts in order to seal it shut. Without the proper item the portal shall stay open releasing it's evil onto the world. The longer the portal is open, the harder it is to shut.

The day had started out fairly normal in the little town that was practically out in the middle of nowhere. It was a sunny day with very few clouds scattered about the sky. Everything seemed fairly peaceful at least until the skies suddenly grew darker and the clouds seemed to blanket the whole sky. An ominous aura enveloped nearly the whole town in what felt like only an instant. The aura was so heavy that ordinary townsfolk would find it seeming harder and harder to breathe. Then off towards the center of the town a small portal had started to appear. At first it was no larger than a melon but it was obviously growing in size slowly. It would continue to grow until it was about the size of a door, but that was going to take some time. While the portal was opening the aura would continue to rain down upon the small town. At least for now, it seemed they had nothing more to worry about then the trouble they were having trying to breathe.

There was at least one person so far who wasn't effected in the slightest by the impending doom. She had been sitting on the porch of the local inn just watching as things went from pleasant and relaxed to utter disarray. She had long curly purple hair that fell around her face, along with a pair of black cat ears that poked out from her hair. She had a slender build and was relatively tall. She wore a kimono style top that hung loosely around her torso until it was pull tightly around her waist by a sash that tied in the back. There was also a tight darker blue shirt beneath the kimono top along with a pair of detachable arm sleeves that went just below her shoulders. As for the bottom half of her body, her legs were bare beneath the front and back tails of her kimono top and she wore nothing more then a pair of pale blue socks with her wooden sandals. Her black furry tail flopped around behind her as she sat on the porch looking around at some of the townsfolk as they scurried around trying to find shelter. She hadn't bothered to get up and look around mostly because the portal was practically right in front of her since the Inn's porch she was sitting on was in the center of the town. She was leaning forward slightly with her arms rested to her knees with a completely uninterested look plastered across her face as she continued to look around at the different people.

Lillian slid out the door, prying the inn keeper's cat off of her clothes. "You stupid cat!" She sat down, watching them scurry and looked over at her friend. "Again?" She smoothed out the white dress flowing over her tiny body. It was pure white, gold trimmings, and gold rings holding the sleeves together at the top. She sighed once, straightening the katana on her shoulder. She moved a piece of her almost white hair behind one of her ears. The elf ears pointed out such a long ways, sometimes she was even ashamed of them. She looked at the small portal, watching it steadily grow, wondering if this time would be her last. She sure hoped not, but hey, you never know.

Desirae walked trying to assure people it would all be over soon. She was already working on a spell to make the air quality better. Her pet lioness stood upright by her side. Her brown hair moved behind her steadily in the deadly wind. The lioness laid in front of the portal and growled softly. "Patience my dear, you'll have your chance soon enough." She looked over at Lillian and Yotsuba. "I've tried to calm them down to no avail."

(whew.. that was kinda hard. O.o;; xD)

Yotsy

Yotsuba turned her head slightly when she heard the door to the inn opening. Her ears twitched a little when she heard Lilian calling the inn keepers cat stupid. She had a sly smirk on her face. "You know... One of these days I might just take offense to you calling cats stupid." After all, she had the ability to change into a small black cat. Though, her cat form was graced with a small pair of black wings that resembled those of a bat. She watched as Lilian sat down and then turned her head back to continue watching the townspeople scurrying around. "It just started opening." She uttered quietly while keeping the same uninterested look on her face. Her pale blue cat eyes trailed over to focus on Desirae after she spoke. She gave a soft sigh as she stretched her arms over her head a little. "It'll never be easy to clam them Desirae, you haven't caught onto that yet?" She dropped her arms back behind her and held herself up. "They don't understand these phenomenons. The only thing they're understanding is that they can't breathe easily... So they're going to continue to run around like chickens with their heads cut off until everything goes back to normal..." She said quietly. It was always the same. Trying to calm these people was near pointless unless you just got rid of the portal to begin with. Once the portal was gone, then most of the people would continue on with their day as if nothing had happened. "Honestly, you'd think that lioness would scare them more than the fact they can't breathe easily..."

Desirae blinked once, looking down at the lioness and back up at Yotsuba. "She's just a big 'ol kitty." She smiled and looks down at the over-sized house cat and sighed softly. "When will they ever learn? You'd think that they would stop making portals."

Lillian glanced at Desirae. "Unfortunately, we're not that lucky. As soon as the portal gets to be door-sized, we have to be ready. I have a strange feeling they'll be fighting harder than ever." Her ability had just screamed that at her. The ability was like future sight.. only not being able to actually visualize the future. It just gave her feelings.

Yotsy

Yotsuba shook her head lightly at Desirae's comment. "Oh yes, she's a big kitty and I'm nothing to look twice at." She said jokingly. She glanced over to Lilian for a moment hearing the mention of being ready for the portal to open completely. That was a given. Though she wasn't really all that worried about it, they'd managed to take care of all the other portals up to this one. She gave a soft sigh and looked over at Desirae again. "They're probably saying the same thing about us... We never learn to leave their portals alone." She started to push herself up from her seat on the porch. Once to her feet again she kicked her wooden sandals into the ground a little to force them back on tightly. They probably weren't the most ideal shoe for fighting, but they were what she liked to wear. Her tail slipped down from the porch and fell behind her, just barely hitting the ground below her. Without her shoes on, her tail surely would drag behind her.

Nero was just now returning back to the Inn. He'd already been aware that the portal had opened up which was probably the only reason why he bothered to come back to the others so soon. Ordinarily he would've just kept walking because he didn't care too much for constantly being around everyone else. He liked to have time to himself. The scurry of people was a little hard to ignore, so he couldn't even try to forget about the portals. He came to a stop just at the end of the porch and glanced over at the portal from the corner of his eye after brushing his dark hair from his face. He didn't say a word, which was normal for him. He really only spoke when it was necessary. He was wearing what he usually wore. A tight black sleeveless shirt, a pair of fatigue style black and gray pants and a black boots. He was a dragon, so he also had a pair of ivory horns that stuck out of the top of his head. Along with a pair of pitch black wings and a scaly black tail.

Lillian looks up over Nero as he approached. "So you decided to join us now, hmm?" She smirked and pet the lioness, whose name I have yet to come up with. The lioness purred, nuzzling her hand softly.

Desirae smiled and got up, pretty much tackling the poor boy. "You're back!" She wrapped her arms around him in a tight hug, pulled back and blushed slightly, letting her emotions take her over. "Sorry..", she mumbled softly at him. She plopped back onto the porch step, trying to keep her mind off him.

Yotsuba shifted her glance a bit and looked over to Nero just before seeing Desirae hugging onto him. She shook her head lightly and then looked back to the portal. It had already grown considerably in size. It didn't look like it had all that much more to go. She turned her attention back to Lilian for a moment, with a rather curious look on her face as she tired to push her hair out of her face. "Have you got any idea what we're supposed to use this time to close up this portal?" She asked. "Or is this going to be another mad scramble to find the item after the portal is already open?" She continued and then sighed softly. These tasks always went by a little more smoothly once they had an idea of what to use to close the portals.

Nero started to look over at Lilian when he heard her speak but staggered back a couple steps when Desirae suddenly clung to him in a hug. He glanced down at her for a moment after she let go of him. He didn't say anything, just kind of stared at her briefly. He usually always had a cold, emotionless expression and that was even true after the girl hugged him. He still didn't quite understand her fascination with doing that. He shifted slightly and replaced his arms over his chest as he leaned against the post that held up the roof of the porch. "I didn't have much of a choice on coming back." He said shortly as he looked back to Lilian, now getting a chance to say something in response to her.

Lillian turned her attention from Nero, over to Yotsuba. "I'm honestly not sure.", bites her lip gently, "Mad dash?"

Desirae blinks and moved, turning towards Lillian. "Mad dash? Ohhh great.." She looked at the lioness and smiled. "Perhaps you could find it again?" The lioness nodded as if it understood, got up and moved, rubbing her scent on Nero before skimpering off, looking for this special item.

Lillian blinked, watching the lioness. "You'd think Rasha likes Nero just as much as you do Desirae."

Of course, Desirae blushed at the accusation, turning her attention to a butterfly, but still keeping a keen ear out.

Yotsy

Yotsuba sighed heavily hearing that this was going to be another scramble to get the portal closed. Just once, she'd like to have gone against one of these with the item already in tow for closing it. She glanced down at the lioness and then watched as it rubbed against Nero for a moment before running off. It was definitely painstakingly obvious that both Desirae and Rasha liked Nero. Though, Nero was so cold and emotionless most of the time she wondered if the feelings were mutual. It wouldn't hurt the guy to show some emotion once in awhile. She turned her attention back to the portal and stared at it for a few minutes. Judging by it's size now, it wouldn't be much longer before it opened up and let the monsters free.

Nero barely budged an inch when Rasha moved over to him and rubbed against him. After she ran off he glanced down briefly before sighing quietly. He was well aware that Desirae liked him, it was obvious after all. Not to mention it was obvious that Rasha liked him too. He just wasn't sure that he was ready to get involved with someone. Especially someone that he worked with. Closing these portals and stopping the monsters that came out of them was work, at least to him anyway. He glanced over at Desirae momentarily before the portal snagged his attention. It's aura had changed colors so suddenly which was usually a good sign that it was just about completely open.

Desirae's peripheral vision caught the color change as her head snapped in it's direction. She got up and mumbled a spell, creating a bright red hot fire ball in the palm of her head, ready to hurl it at anything.

Lillian bit her lip and breathed the words out, "It's time." She stepped over to Desirae's side, pulling out he katana, the little red thread hanging off the hilt, her symbol of good luck. She breathed hard, speaking back to her friends. "Brace yourselves."

Addison was the first to step through, he smirked, looking at the brigade of supposed demon stoppers. "Ah, friends, we meet again." He stepped aside, letting the smaller demons frolic through the streets, scaring the townsfolk. His long black hair flowed gracefully behind him in the wind. It was noticeable what he was. The cram colored skin with the red eyes. It was clear that he was, indeed, a vampire. He bared his fangs in an evil laugh.

Amelia, Desirae's mirror image stepped through after him. Her eyes locked with Desirae's and stared, jumping aside as the fire ball flew at her. "Ah, too easy." She smirked, watching them. "Are you going to wait until the last minute again sister, or have you found the item to banish us to the depths of hell?" Her tone was almost mocking.

Yotsy

After Amelia stepped out from the portal, another girl came out. She stood about five foot eight inches tall with extremely long dark purple hair that fell very straight, and to the back of her knees and bright purple eyes. Her head was adorned with two tiny spiral horns and she wore a black and white fox mask tilted on the side of her head. She had a slender yet curvaceous body that laid hidden beneath a black body suit with a white coat over top that strapped across the chest and then flared out in the back as only the back of the coat fell just above her ankles. She also wore black short boots that came no higher up than the lowest part of her calf. She bore a fanged grin after she stepped out and crossed her arms over her chest tapping her purple claw like fingernails against her forearm. She was well known in the demon realm, at least Yotsuba would surely know of her. This woman had been called Suzuran, the soul eater for a reason.

Yotsuba continued to stand where she was, watching as they started to exit the portal. She wasn't really all that concerned, at least until she noticed Suzuran was there too. She must have been a new recruit because she hadn't remembered seeing her before now. Either that or they kept her back until now. She really didn't see her over looking someone as dangerous as Suzuran, after all that woman could practically steal your soul right out of your body if you weren't watching her. She took a couple steps forward, a noticeable growl low in her throat.

Nero was still back by the porch, contently leaning against the post of the porch. He hadn't moved even when the three of them stepped out from the portal. His eyes however had shifted every once in awhile to the lesser demons flooded out into the streets. Taking care of those wouldn't be much trouble at all so he really wasn't all that worried and that probably showed on his face. He had however started to reach down into his pockets to remove his weapons. A simple set of brass knuckles adorned with a few spikes. He preferred to fight with his fists, but that was mostly because he had a tenancy to be a little too lethal when handed any other type of weapon. So usually, the person or creature that he was fighting, didn't survive.

Lillian growled softly, watching the demons. "What does it matter to you, either way, you're being sent back to hell where you came from."

Desirae nodded in agreement. "I don't care if you're my sister, I have every right to kill you at this point. I won't regret it." She snarled in the direction of her twin. She looked at Nero, then the rest. "Can we just beat their butts and send them whining, tail between their legs."

Lillian turned to her friend and shook her head. "Let them make the first move. They'll have hell to pay."

Addison laughed and bared his fangs once more, lunging at Nero, nearly missing his neck, landing on the other side of the male. "Why'd you move? Too scared to join the Dark Side?" Laughs, when indeed, he had just missed.

Amelia walked over and mumbled a spell, shocking Addison lightly. "Quit playing around moron. You're the one who missed. He didn't even move an inch!"

Addison blinked, squeaked softly, and recoiled. "Excuse me? I never miss."

Yotsy

Suzuran shook her head lightly, still not budging from where she was standing. "Come now, Amelia. Just let Addison continue to miss his target." She paused. "You know that just means that you and I have more toys to play with." She said as she lifted a hand to place lightly in front of her mouth while she chuckled rather evilly.

Nero hadn't bothered to move, and he wouldn't have tried to even if Addison hadn't missed him. It did honestly take a lot more than that to get under his skin. Ordinarily he might have continued to just stand there but since Lilian said they should let them make the first move, that meant it was now open to retaliate against them since Addison had made an attempt to cause him harm. He didn't bother looking over at Addison, instead he snapped his tail and let it latch on tightly to the male's wrist and then he jerked his tail back hard enough to throw Addison back the way he'd lunged at him from. Only after he'd brought his tail back to rest behind him did he open his mouth. "Maybe you should invest in a pair of glasses, Addison. You're aim sucks."

Yotsuba didn't move too much further since Suzuran hadn't moved yet. She did however glance over at Nero briefly since Addison had lunged at him. Though her eyes rather quickly found their way back over to Suzuran. She still couldn't begin to figure out why she of all people were here. Suzuran was dangerous, very dangerous and she had a nasty habit of not being loyal to anyone when it came to souls that she wanted. She really wished that the third person to step out of that portal could have been anyone else other than her, she was just so... unpredictable.
