| (Placed your skywing egg in several fansites as well)
The black marrow dragon was a Halloween exclusive; you could only obtain them from the cave if you logged in on October 31st. It took me several hours to nab just two. Hopefully they will breed so that I'll be able to share their eggs with those who do not have any in the not-so-distant future. I have a feeling that black marrows will only be able produce eggs of their own breed for a few days a year, (in the same way that pumpkin dragons do) and I'm still waiting for the teleport BSA to become available for magi dragons. I mean, I'd love to start giving away dragons and trading them right now, but as the current system exists, it's simply too risky (and not to mention highly inconvenient) for me to do so at this time. So I want to begin trading with people, but I won't be doing it until work has been completed on a safer and more reliable trading system.
I'm so glad that I was able to help you out with your eggs. However, as I've stated before to other forum visitors in previous posts, I do not want to be held responsible should anyone's eggs perish from lack of views. The best way to insure that your eggs/hatchlings survive is to uncheck the "accept aid" option under your account settings and then start placing them in fansites yourself. Once an egg's timer falls below six days, you should then be able to insert it into about four fansites and have mature without it getting soft shell sickness. I've placed links to various fansites in my forum signature for easy access, and you can also bookmark this link, which will take to a list of active fansites on the Dragon Cave forums: List of Active FansitesI hope that this post answered your questions and happy egg-hunting!! | |

| Subject: My black marrow dragons are incompatible Sun Nov 07, 2010 12:43 am | |
| Update: It turns out that my black marrow dragons are completely incompatible when it comes to breeding. I should have collected more eggs, but there's nothing that I can do regarding this matter at the moment. Perhaps next year I'll be able to collect a compatible breeding pair so that I can breed eggs for others. I could always breed my own black marrows with other dragons, however most people would probably prefer purebred eggs. | |

| A correction my part: I think that the black marrows were also available just after Halloween as well -- I saw one with a page that said it was stolen on November 1st. I didn't see any that day, but apparently they were available; I didn't realize that before and I apologize for any confusion. | |
